Computer freezes periodically, please help.

I don't see any critical errors in event viewer for the last 7 days. Would running something like Prime95 overnight tell me if the memory is the problem?

Each time I've upgraded I use Driver Sweeper to clean out the old drivers. I'll try it again just to be certain.

Mine shows up as 9800 XT as well in Futuremark. It runs 2003 without a hitch. I have not run Aquamark. I also have not overclocked, as it runs KOTOR just fine at stock speeds at very high settings. When I decide to get DOOM3 I probably will overclock, however...

Sounds good, and $15 bucks for an online ad is worth it I think. Did you simply do the online, or the print ad as well? Oops just realized that $40 bucks gets me a picture and "run til it sells!" Still seems like a decent bargain.

That's general maintenance, not repair...and those are the average prices for those maint. requests. Ahh thanks, I'll keep this all in mind next time something goes wrong. I'll update on the blower resistor replacement tomorrow.
