This plague's my heavy squat progress. Happens everytime I put work weight on the bar. I'm going to have to back weight off and work my way back up slowly and hope it helps. It's pretty unbearable and once they start, game over for the rest of my gym time.

Native's rock. I wear the Silencer's for just about all my sport related activities... running, cycling, mountaineering and even skydiving occasionally. They're bulletproof and Native has a great replacement program in the event they get run over by a tank.
Just goto amazon.com and do a search for a digital scale. Plenty of good options. I picked up the EatSmart Precision about a year ago and it's done well and has been very accurate and consistent.
Have you been fitted at a shop by professionals? If pain and numbness is a problem and a concern it's worth it to have a shop do a detailed fitting and tailor the bike for you.
I went back and forth on this a few month ago and ended up with an i3/H55 combo in an ITX package. No complaints whatsoever, plays everything I throw at it and gives me some overhead if/when i need it.
