The only jumper that I need to touch is when I clear the CMOS and I did that many times. I hate to RMA the wrong parts. Right now, it could be the mobo, cpu, or rams. Thats why I need some help to do some process of elimination....or something like that ...

HHC-001s are driving my wife nuts. Better do something before the puter is thrown out. Any recommendation for good and quiet Heatsink+fan. I tried the 80>60 fan adapter and its not working out because its too tall, clumsy and 1 clip to the socket. Plus I leave my case standing....its not gonna...

PNY Ti4200 128MB 8X problem

Just an update: I installed the pny card on my second computer(250W, win2k, DX9, matrox) and it works flawlessly, not even a flicker. Anyway, seems like I am down to old drivers hanging somewhere. I did use the nvidia driver removal tool to no avail. My suspect is I need to hunt all old ATI...

3dMark2001SE made it through one loop. UT2003 cr@p out when the game begin. Also, the flicker only happen on this card not on radeon 8500.
