XP Pro shutdown issue

I took a look at that, but when i select the secondary(default monitor) the "use this device as primary" is greyed out and the "extend my windows to this monitor" is highlighted. I still have the analog and dvi cables connected so that the boot up screen is available. More playing around to...

Overclocking newbie......questions galore

I know you have to share a file/folder. The entire drive is shared on all computers. All w98 machines can see each other and transfer files between each other, just not the XP one. Anyone know exactly what running the xp network setup wizard on other computers does? JF

Exactly what do you mean by resources shared? On the XP Pro cd in the valueadd folder, netbeui is there. Copy the .sys file to the system32 folder and the inf file to the INF folder. Then go to your network and add the service, reboot and its installed. JF

I'm trying to setup my laptop on the network, but seems like each folder has to be set for sharing. Is there anyway to share the entire drive without doing each folder? In w98, if i enable sharing on C drive, all folders are available, but not so on the laptop with XP Home Edition. JF
