Great news! First of I tried chaging the 212+ to blowing the air up instead of out the back for the case. Didn't change anything.
I picked up a H50 for $59 bucks and installed in tonight. Now I am OC'ed to 4.0 and RealTemp/Prim95 never goes over 88C. This is with an ambient temp of 78F.

Guys I agree, a new CPU cooler should not change anything. I am going to try a H70 and see if anything changes. My guess is it wont. After that, I might just sell the MB and CPU and get a new 2500k or 2600k and MB.

So I reset the 212+ following a guide listed on another thread and I still have the high temps. I am going to try changing out the fans or look for a new cooler. DH14 or H70?
Also I put on the stock CPU cooler and my temps were only 5-10 warmer. This was with an ambiant temp of 65F in my office.
Oh right, you need to plug in those fans. :)
I will try and reseat the 212+ later today. I am also thinking of an upgrade. Do you guys think a 2500k i7 (and new MB) would be worth it? Or should I just stick with my 920 at 3.6Ghz.
