I THINK the Ti series uses a smaller fabrication process. If I'm right then a Ti200 MAY be a better choice because it will run cooler and virtually all of them will overclock to the original GF3 levels. Currently my Ti200 overclocks to beyond Ti500 levels with no instability problems at all...
