Does anyone know how to make WinXP remember a username and password for a printer? Everytime I print from my laptop I have to use "My Network Places" (or run \\Machine_name) to get to the machine and log in before I can print. I'd like to just have it remember my username/pass and print whenever...

Are there some typos in there? If not, there is no "interface" mode... just "interface ip". And quotes around the interface name would probably be a god idea (or rename the interface to something easy like "3COM"). Can you paste exactly what you are typing so we can better understand the...

NETSH on XP to set DNS suffix???

I'm trying to use netsh to set the dns suffix on my laptop's wireless nic. Right now I have two scripts- one for work and one for home- that switch out the IP addresses and DNS server info. I want to be able to set the DNS suffix without having to go into "My Network Places" and hit properties...

WOO HOO! I did some more reading, and it was incorrectly detecting the lm80 sensor... so I found that it should be using the via686a driver, on the ISA bus... got the latest version (2.6.2 was the latest when I started on this fun journey)... and it works great now! Thanks for all the help.

I realized I should have posted some info about it after I submitted the thread. It does detect it and i even get output. Some things work like voltages and fan speeds, but the temp always shows 127 degrees Celcius... a tad high... lm80-i2c-0-2d Adapter: SMBus Via Pro adapter at 5000 Algorithm...

Question about Epox EP-8KHA+

Help!!! - Building a new system

This sucks (storage limits)

Well hard drive speed matters for just about everything. But 5400RPM drives should be fine, especially if they are newer.
