i don't think this would work... it looks like they made a mistake but one the $200 rebate clearly states that it has already expired (see here click)
i think is still a good deal because u get $250 back... basically u get a $300 phone for $50

I had this happen to me way back when I used Verizon DSL. How many NICs you have? What are the settings for each NIC? Do you get any messages in your event viewer? Static or dynamic IP? I need more details....
