P4 Dual Xeon Mobos...

Lite-On FS020 Chenbro Genie Supermicro 760P4 All have an 'open' motherboard area. My favorite being the Genie, because of its cooled (92mm) 5 x 3.5" bay. The others only fit 2 or 3 3.5" drives. Genie 1 Genie 2 Genie 3 The 120mm's are kinda nice too :)

Mass producing colored PC cases, is it possible?

90 within 30 days? Thats a pretty tall order. A good paint job takes many coats plus the time it would take to prep the cases. Unless you want black of course, plenty of those out there :)

Here's the last Xeon I built: Dual 1.8Ghz Very nice system! Dual Xeon will run ya about $300-$350 more than a comparable AthlonMP system. So I don't think its that much more expensive, but thats just what I think. Is the extra money spent to get the benefits of a dual Xeon worth it to you?

Fan suggestion for AX7

I usually use the 21dBA Vantec Sleath or 19dBA Papst... but that's not going to help you if you want to overclock :D This fan caught my eye: 4200 RPM, 53 CFM, 39 dBA Has fairly good specs.

Cheap Sound Deadening Material ?

Hmm... haven't seen single sheets sold, but this Dynamat kit comes with 6 4x10 sheets for $29.95 Or Pax Mate for $21.99. Comes with two large sheets (40 x 38.5 CM) and two half sheets (20 x 38.5 CM).

How much cooling do I need for a P4 2.0A?

The last Xeon box I did: Dual 1.8Ghz Xeon screen shot No fans on the heatsinks and no clock throttling! The temps actually kept quite low. Yes, there were 120mm and 92mm exhausts, but thats still impressive. Major kudos to Intel for the Prestonia and Northwood cores :D If you want quiet, grab...

using ductwork to expell heat from cpu

You can buy one: Case fan duct Though thats only going to work with a certain cases and motherboards. Can buy a case with a built-in duct: Elan Vital A-10 (120mm exhaust!) If you're handy with plexi, can do your own :)

Two Moniters side by side bad?

No problems at all. I've done systems for day traders before, orders have ranged from 3 monitors to 8 monitors! I should follow up on that order for 8 monitors... wonder if he still has his hair :P
