It's even funnier when you add the fact that the money that they save from using less power is easily overwritten by the premium they paid for their GTX680. There is no Nvidia offering that can beat the price/performance of the 7970. Let alone a 340 dollar 7970. Nothing.

I would have to agree... it is pretty underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, the GTX680 is a fine card but the fact it wasn't flat out dominating the 7970 after being three months late was not appealing. It would've been better had it been the GK110. It looks actually worse if you compare it...

Battlefield 3 recommended GPU specs out

Ultra is enabled but not implemented. People here saying they're on "Ultra" are really using "High" settings. I can't wait for the full version... it's been awhile since a game has made me upgrade.
