To make this even hotter, they come with a "Free 26 Issues of Rolling Stone" card that you can use to get a refund of $12.97 by mail.
There is also a 10% off BB coupon flying around that can be used for this.
I've been on the phone with them twice and still haven't been able to get the rebate form (they say that they'll email it to me, but never do).
Has anyone been able to get the rebate form - if so, I'd really appreciate a link.
Sephora is having a 20% Friends and Family discount from now until Dec. 5.
It is cosmetics and stuff like that, but they make good gifts ;)
Just enter FF2004 for the promotion code at checkout.
Jesus, not one person with a non-negative thing to say about PETA. I guess they are not well liked around here. Not too surprising as this is appears to be an ultra right leaning forum.... some good deals though.
Vegetables are yummy dammit.
the US state department defines terrorism as :
"premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience"
tell me the CIA doesn't do this
actually.. try www.fair.org or even some shows on NPR
look in the lastest edition of Rolling Stone to hear about a small amount of the misinformation that happened during Gulf War I
replace "Iraq" with "America" or "Israel" or any number of other country names and it will still be true....
The war is not about WMD or "liberation" ... its about regional control and oil.
IMHO
preventing terrorism, ending brutal dictatorships and preventing development of WMDs are all worth fighting for...
too bad any war in Iraq would have nothing to do with the above
What about NetBank?
I've had really good success with them, i don't have any other bank.
Free bill payment... i dont even use checks anymore at all.
2.3% on money market and 1.51% on checking
Easy no-fee ATM use for deposits and withdrawals (you can easily find free ATMs using a search tool)
when you run the registration of the dll, does it give you a success message in a popup? It seems to work fine for me on w2k sp3. (it gives a 4th "Compatibility" tab at the top of the shortcut properties screen)
how do you know that they are not working?
if you just play audio, it wont necessarily come out of the rear speakers (unless you have M3D turned on on the speakers).
You need to make sure that you are testing with an application that takes advantage of rear speakers.
I have an almost...
I noticed this problem a couple weeks ago when i installed kazaa lite...
Removing those lines will get rid of the problem (but you will also now get yahoo advertisments, oh well)
almost definately not.
Notebook graphics cards are "built-in" to the main boards of the notebook and there isn't a way to replace them.
I have yet to see a notebook with a replaceable graphics card.
On most boards, it does matter which DIN you have each peripheral in.
looking at the motherboard (lying flat from behind) the upper DIN is for the mouse and the lower is for the k/b. If they are side by side and not up and down, look in the manual.
What exactly is happening... does it just automatically log you in as a default user? Can you not choose shutdown and login as a different user? Where is your problem occurring?
850 Duron @ 910....
i'm assuming that is a FSB OC to 107 MHz.
Depending on your board and RAM, this may be pushing the limits of some device... (especially if you have an older chipset)
Try running at "stock" 100MHz. FSB and see if this makes your problem go away.
90% of the time this problem is caused by line noise (which may be inside the house wiring or on the telco's lines).
You can call the telco and have them run a digital noise test, i've done this and it improved the situation somewhat.
Well.. its not that some PC100 or PC133 DIMMs don't like running at PC66, rather its that PC100 and esp. PC133 DIMMs tend to use high density chips which older (PC66) motherboards don't know how to handle.
You shouldn't have any problems using PC2700 ram in a PC2100 board.
I did this with a 116 by using region free (RPC 1) firmware from the web.
This site has 1.07 firmware

try using the Z51,Z52 or Z53 drivers on the client machines... my guess is that it will do what you want.
You do need to keep the X85 drivers on the server directly connected to the x85
