The rebate that printed out for me was for a single $12 rebate (04-79156). It DOES require the original UPC. A little discrepancy from the store advertisement, which stated that there were 2 rebates, a $7 (MFR) and $5 (OM) one. Online, I only see the $7 rebate. Hope everything works ok.
$699 looks to be the going retail price (i.e. Amazon, Costco). IF someone can find a good local competetor (not internet), we can price match it to that price and feasibly get the unit for $699 - 250MIR - 100 GC = $350!
