Talk to a recruiter, take the test, see what options you have. Don't sign anything and you wont be obligated to anything. Cant hurt to check it out. I was in the Army (5yrs). One of the best decisions I have ever made. Did it suck at times, yes... Was it great at times ,absolutly.... In the end...

Anybody work with or sell laminate flooring?

I'm not an expert, but it does not look look like Pergo. I am a laminate fan and have installed a few different brands in my last two houses, including Pergo. I cant recall seeing a Pergo style that is individual plank as that seems to be.

Drug dealers/users/drug crime has stolen a generation in some parts of our society. As large of an impact that white collar crime can have, you cant say the same for it.

I survived, so why are today's kids/parents such panzys?

I brought my 22 rifle to school on the bus and stored in my wall locker. All for hunter safty class after school. Which was held in a class room. Try that now. :) (early 80's BTW)

How 'sheltered' do you(should one) keep their child

The wold is F up enough. Do your kids a favor and let them believe that the world is perfect as long as you can. Trust me it wont be very long. The best part of my day is coming home from work and asking my 4 yr old how his day was. Short of a lost toy, its always perfect. :)

Housing Market Bust

I bought my home 3 yrs ago with a 5yr ARM @5.5%, Last year I saw the coming storm got a 30yr fixed @6.5%. Any moron (of which I include myself) should have seen this coming. I have a hard time feeling sorry for these people. They bought homes that were overvalued in areas that are volatile...
