I daily drive a CTS-V. I highly recommend it.
There's unlimited happiness underneath the right pedal regardless of current speed, it transports 5 real adults when it has to, its had 2 child seats in the rear, and it eats "real" sports cars for lunch when I had it out on the track at Texas World...
Its a fun place to be, much different than a traditional office. Still looking to fill the Software Engineer in Test position. Also looking for a regular Software Engineer now as well: Strong C#, ASP.Net, SQL skills all a plus. Get paid to watch TV, who doesn't like that?
They're expensive but compared to most of the other modifications to the front end, its pretty cheap. Don't look at replacing the lower grille, swapping to clear fogs, or doing a full CTS-V bumper conversion if you think $300 for the upper grille is expensive. There isn't a large aftermarket for...
I got my CTS-V grille from GMPartsDirect.com for $300, but it looks like their price is higher now. The non-OEM ones run the risk of sketchy quality. I know some of them have had rust problems after a while.
The other option would be the CTS Sport Grille, GM Part # 19155364
I had an '07 CTS before I got my '09 CTS-V, its a very nice car.
The grille there is the stock '04-'07 CTS-V grille, powder coated black.
GM part #15147586
Its a ~15 minute install to swap it out, although by default it is stainless steel/chrome trim so you'd have to get it painted...
SnapStream Media is seeking a Software Engineer in Test to work on our Enterprise Television Search appliance.
Day to Day, you will:
* Write component and integration level automated tests (using nUnit)
* Validate developer coded unit level tests
* Investigate and implement best practices...
I try to get my CTS-V to the track once every couple of months. The ability to be a beast on the track and still offer an extremely high quality ride on the street was a big factor in purchasing for me.
I had an 07 CTS before. This thing is just everything I loved about my old car with the dial cranked up to 11. Aggressive, in your face styling, virtually unlimited power in any gear at any speed, and oddly enough decent gas mileage when you play nice. I've had trips to and from work average...
We're looking for a software tester here at a software company in Houston, TX. Small, fun, laid back place where you get to wear whatever you want every day as long as you get stuff done. Mostly we'll take anyone who is smart and gets stuff done, every real job skill can be taught.
Here's our...
I own an 07 CTS.
The 3.6L V6 on an 05-07 is basically the same as the base 3.6L in '08, so as long as you aren't looking at a 2.8L the engine is the same. The biggest difference between an '08 and what you're looking at will be the interior, as it got a complete overhaul. Mine has all the...
Intel puts out a pretty cool library that let's you detect all kinds of CPU info:
http://www.intel.com/cd/ids/de...optimization/19110.htm
It will tell you the number of physical cores in the machine, hyperthreading cores, SSE1, 2, 3, 4 support, etc.
I ended up buying a CTS after test driving it and the G35 back to back. A lot of it was just about feel. From the moment I sat down in the G35 I felt more confined. The drive was nice, I just didn't like the feel of the vehicle, and the Infiniti sales guy was a complete ass (this didn't help).
You can include all of the external jar files in the class-path declaration of the manifest.mf file inside your .jar file.
This way you can still just do: "java -jar myjar.jar" and have it work.
The downside, is you still have to include the extra .jar files with your main jar file.
I went with a Via C7 1.3Ghz (rated at 12W) and the optional gigabit interface. It has a single PCI slot so you can add an extra SATA controller, but other than that everything you need is built in. It has substantially reduced the temperature of the closet it is stored in compared to the old...
Since you're trying to make it work with your dish receiver:
The PVR-150 (not a PVR-150MCE) gets a bonus point because it includes an IR Blaster. This will allow the PC to change channels on the dish receiver.
If you happen to have a Windows MCE remote, then you already have an IR...
Mostly its accessibility, some of it is laziness.
Whether I'm on my laptop, home dev machine, in the living room, or now at a neighbor's (we just set up a really cool 25mbit wireless link between our houses) all the movies are a few clicks away.
Leaving for trips is also made easier as I...
It sounds like that card is bad, really.
You can download the latest version of Beyond TV from the SnapStream website (4.5.0) or sign up for the beta and get a copy of 4.6.0.
Just use your SE key in either one and it will continue working in SE mode.

I was 100% Inland North.
"You may think you speak "Standard English straight out of the dictionary" but when you step away from the Great Lakes you get asked annoying questions like "Are you from Wisconsin?" or "Are you from Chicago?" Chances are you call carbonated drinks "pop.""

The Hauppauge HVR-950 is a similar USB stick profile, just without the remote and MSRP is $30 less. The included antenna with the Pinnacle is better, but both of the included antenna are pretty useless if you're more than 10 miles from the broadcast towers.
ATSC worked well for me on both...
To break this down a little bit:
If you're recording analog cable (cable with no box required) then the dual tuner card linked above will work. One coax cable gets plugged in, it gets split internally, and then you can record 2 shows simultaneously or watch one while recording another. In...
CS degrees are worthless even from top 10 programs, if you don't prepare yourself appropriately. A lot of what you do to make you more attractive to a prospective employer is outside the classroom work. If all you do is go to class everyday and think when it comes graduation time that you'll...
Keep an Opinion table.
GameID, GamerID, Opinion, Comments
Make the GameID/GamerID pair the unique constraint.
Its a fairly standard many-to-many relationship.
That code should work for a JTextPane (I've used it before with a custom subclass of JEditorPane and the JTextPane is a subclass of JEditorPane as well). Are you sure you're adding the text pane to the scroll pane correctly?
Timing is important here, since you need to be sure the inner...
No, dogs can't do that either. If you have a pet, keep it on your property. Its really that simple. If you want your dog to crap all over your property, then its fine. If you want your cat to crap in your garden, that is also fine. Where I draw the line is when you allow your pet to freely...
Except you're completely talking out of your ass. .NET applications aren't interpretted. There's a JIT compiler that runs prior to any of the code being executed that turns MSIL into native code. Only the native code is ever executed. Modern java runtimes do something similar, although most...
Its called network storage. My HTPC has 500GB dedicated to recording OTA HD. All music/movies/whatever is on a 2TB file server that runs in a closet.
I've been keeping most of my movies at 4.5GB thanks to DVD Shrink. For my absolute favorites, I keep the full dual layer dvd at 6-8GB...
