I use Photopaint8 and 25% seems to be optimum for emphasis on quality. But there are some files that vary widely from that, from 5% to as high as 90%.

Neuro-linguistic Programming/Self-Hypnosis: Thoughts & opinions?

I think NLP might be described as a linguistics version of Body Language. Just like any tool it's value is dependant on the skill of the user. But then I'm not particularly qualified, I've only read a coupla books about it. <edit>NLP per se is not a hoax but a hoaxer can use it.</edit>

I haven't heard/read anything about NLP for 15 yrs. It's likely the faddish aspects of it have faded. That's a good thing. I think it can be a useful tool for shrinks but of limited value. Frogs Into Princes is a good book about NLP.

Werk, Chances are, everything you know about Utah is wrong. The New Orleans Jazz moved to Utah in 1975 or thereabouts. Even though it ain't no New Orleans, there are many jazz clubs and radio stations in Salt Lake. The first KFC is in SLC - still standing.
