after calling canon for about 2 months every other week they finally got back to me today saying that they just send out my check - no reason mo explaination... so if you are still waiting I suggest you call them up.
BTW they are very freindly on the phone - jsut they know nothing -...

I was jsut at staples and though the site is messd up - and doesnt allow anything to be placed in your shopping cart - anything already in there comes up as 0.00 + free shipping!!! good luck!!
