    Yeah I'm goin with Antec SX830. I has enough bays so I can do a 3 HDD RAID and have room for my CD-ROMs and floppy drive :) BTW the power supply on there is supposed to dynamically change the RPMs on the cooling fan, slower when cooler/faster when hotter.

    Hmm what kind of SCSI is it? Ultra Wide?? I would try disconnecting the CD-ROMs and just try to get the HDD working. It might be turning off the external bus when using the internal one. That's just a hunch... also what's the adapter?? Adaptec 2940U/UW??
