Vizio sound bar trouble

Nope, not one lick of documentation came with it. And you're correct I do have the whole internet at my disposal, yet I still haven't found the info I seek, nor do you appear to have it either.

Vizio sound bar trouble

Got a hold of a vizio sb3821-c6 soundbar. Doesn't want to sync up with tv and doesnt want to do much other than flash lights. Appears its supposed to come with a wireless sub which I dont have. Is the wireless sub needed for the soundbar to function properly?

Looking for new Optiplex 790 video card

I currently have a displayport/hdmi adapter, so thats not much of an issue. However it does bring up a point, do these cards do audio out via hdmi or displayport? Im kinda (way) outta the pc loop nowadays

To make this brief, my 250 gigger (WD something or another) may have bit the royal oinker. The other day I walked into a screen saying "cannot load windows blah blah". Get myself a new hard drive, install windows on it, but eventhough the bios shows it, I cant access the Old WD drive at all...

Which RAM can I shoehorn into my computer...

So I got a Asus A8N5X running 2gig of ram (running these baby's LINK) So, what are my options for another 2 gigs of RAM? You still need exact matching pairs? Or can I just get something similar that will work...(and cheaper) Any recommendations? My poor 'puter could use a juicing....

Need new budget video card....

8600GT is a good call, I remember that back when I got my 850, I may be a ble to scrape up the goods for a 3850, but when it comes to either one (or any other for that matter) is there a preffered brand out there, or it all come down to price. Sorry, been outta the loop for awhile.

well I havent had oodles of time to fix the prob lately. But I have found that doing the 'Reset network adapter' option that pops up now and then seems to fix the problem

well I tried hard wiring the DNS in there and at first thought it had fixed it, but no.... Pinging sites gave me an 'unknown host' error, and if I try pinging my router I get a "General Failure" error

How can people stand driving manuals?

Heh, rekon im bit of an oxymoron here but my daily driver is a manual but my muscle car ('79 camaro) is an automatic. Way I see if is if ya got a small engine, stick is the way to go, gives ya more power when ya need it. Course if ya got a 400+hp car I pity da foo who tries to keep up shifting...
