update information from FW

I just received the called from Dell CSR, she told me
that there was system error on the 8200/with LCD system, and
if I would still like to keep the order I would pay $400 more, or alse
I can call them or e-mail them back...
I read all the threads, it seems no confirmed information received yet. The confirmation e-mail from Dell doesn't mean anything.
I got them even for those orders cancelled by Dell before!
