I seem to recall a lot of first generation SATA products were incapable of enabling the SATA and PATA IDE0 at the same time. I.E. you can not hook up 1 SATA drive and 4 PATA drives. Does anyone know if you can pull that off on this board?

Hey, I am kinda at a loss on what memory this supports Sempron 3100 specs look like DDR266/DDR333/DDR400 Mboard looks like DDR333/DDR400 any clear answers? CPU still runs at full clock, just slower bus on the crapier RAM right?

I dont think this really applies, all I really need to be able to do is have a software nat table. I dont really see how I can carry that out on winroute with just one pc.

you cant just copy the cds over and assume the would boot, where did you put the boot sector? aside from that, while your device functions as a hard drive, it doesnt necissarily mean it is a bootable device. Most models I have looked at arents.

DVD/CD media deals at bensbargains, trustworthy?

You're kinda in the wrong forum, but ritek is the way to go, seriously, its like $.10 or $.20 to get the name brand over the cheapos, i RARELY have problems with princo and sonic media, but i have had problems, never a problem with a ritek though.

ive noticed stand alone audio players seem to have trouble with these disks (and yes, I know how to author content properly) ... my car and home stereo both error with these disks on like 1 of every 5 times you insert a disk .... and they make sooooooo much noise when being read .... work...

hdloader is ment to do nothing illegeal, its only real advantage is decreased loading times, but it makes a HUGE difference.... Im personally sporting a 42.5 GB IBM Deskstar GXP in there .... plus theres the advantage of not ever having to find the game i want, i got like the 10 tities i play...

i doubt that ... youy can get away with running UT2004 on a geforce2 (albeit at quite crappy settings) but ul not see hl2 or doom3 doing that .... yes the hardcore gamers will jump on the new bandwagons asap, but you have to realize that lots of people will still play this. Look at games like...

Im not promoting the idea of stealing it at all. I used to use webdrive for completely legal purposes but that thing died fast because of people filling junk accounts with software. Im just saying if this thing is true they better have a plan to stop that kind of activity.

Max of 10MB per attachemt according to the MSNBC article/interview .... that means many people wont fill 1GB. I wonder how they will handle security. I can see people splitting illicet content into 10MB chunks and publishing it via gmail.
