The main problem with my camcorder is that it will only run for about 10 secs.. i thought replacing the lithium battery would do the trick.. but it still turns off after a few secs. I got a new camcorder battery and it still wont stay on for more than 10 secs...
im trying to replace the backup "lithium button battery" inside my Canon Elura 20 MC camcorder. Its the tiny backup battery located inside the tape drive, not the big bulky one you recharge.

i think water softness also has soemthing to do with it.
hard water has calcium deposits and minerals that collect on you razor blades and make it less effective.
soft water has some salt in it or something or filter that reduces the calcium buildup.
maybe if you clean your razor blades...
