    i follow the whole pay by CF deal, its just that the CF they quoted me and what they used was so different. it was off by 30%. I mean 10-15% is reasonable, but 30 is way too high.

    http://software.virtualzone.de/resizer/ its simple, and you can specify a certain size to resize to, or % of original. And its a standalone .exe with a good GUI. why you need anything else to resize pics is beyond me.
