PC Seller Recommendation

In the past I have built my own PC's but this time would prefer to purchase one. I am looking to spend $1500 - $2000. Any suggestions on a good place to buy one from? I don't care for Dell nor do I need a PC that has some funky case, lights and all that junk. I just want a PC that is as fast...

How do I know if I have bad form?

Most people in the gym don't know what they are doing and waste a lot of time. I did the same myself until recently when an old timer offered to work out with me and show me how to do things the right way. I see plenty of guys in there that have worked their asses off for months or even years...

100g protein enough?

I have always read 1 to 1.5g per lb of bodyweight. I try and get around 300g a day and weigh 185. I work my ass off in the gym and am not going to hinder my gains through lack of protein. I drink about 3 gallons of milk a week and use weight gainer and protein powders to supplement what I get...

Water Leak in my 90 Accord

Annoying people at the gym...

I go to a small gym that is very quiet when I work out so I never have to wait for equipment or deal with too many irritations. The gym I used to belong to had more than it's fair share of screamers and posers, plus a few smelly and sweaty guys.

What are your weightlifting goals for over the winter?

I've been on a cut the past few months. My short term goal is to get to 190 by the end of January, 200 by mid summer, 210 by the end of the year. Ultimately want to be between 200 and 210 with 15% bodyfat, 33-34 waist, 15-16" arms. I have my entire year planned out, now just have to execute!

Aggressive Weight Training Program...

185 is maybe doable but at least half of that will be fat. I went from 160 to 190 in 8 months but my waist went up 2-3 inches plus I did 3 weeks of Methyl Vol which added 10 of those pounds - Not an option for you as you have to be at least 21 and have trained for at least two years to consider...

Brazil trip

The beach area of Rio is not dangerous, there are tourists and cops everywhere. Wander further afield however and good luck! I've seen the other side of Rio - Favellas etc, but I'm sure you wouldnt be going there. I also walked around Sao Paolo without any issues.

Wow, Circuit City is really pushing it extended warrenties

According to an article I read in business week Circuit city makes all their profit from extended warranties, they only break even at best on all the stuff they sell. Walmart has started offering extended warranties at lower prices than CC to put the squeeze on them.
