    Thanks Gazza!!!! I will give it a shot. I'm thinking I should try formatting and partioning 1st then try installing Win ME instead of XP. Then I will try XP afterwards. I just hope I don't have to try a new board. A buddy suggested clearing CMOS, but I don't know if that is really necessary.
