What are my odds...POLL

I recently placed an order with New Egg on Wednesday morning, and received it Friday afternoon of the same week. That was just the standard FedEx Saver shipping, without rush handling. It was shipped from NJ and I'm in WA.

Quietest Fans with LEDs?

I'm happy with the 4 Antec blue LED fans in my blue aluminum Chenming Dragon case with a large side window. I have no idea what their dBA rating is, nor do I especially care, but they seem no louder or quieter than average case fans, and they move plenty of air while looking good, without being...

It says I'm OS/2 Warp. I actually use Win XP Pro on one system and Red Hat 9.0 on the other.

Which of these TWO Lynksys routers are better???

I have a BEFSR41 and I'm happy with it. I use it with ADSL and play EverQuest with it. Needed some Port Triggering config for that, as detailed on the official EQ site, since EQ uses all kinds of random ports. No biggy, wasn't hard. Haven't had to do anything like that for any other game, EQ is...

Yeah, just use the onboard sound with that mobo. It's as good as the Audigy2 if you use it with digital speakers. The performance gain from using the dual DDR channel is about 5% in memory performance, which of course is less in overall performance. If you can even notice it, you're more of a...

Poll: Anyone else not using rounded IDE cables?

I use rounded ones from CrazyPC for my CD-RW and DVD-ROM drives. I use a ribbon cable for the hard drive, since I don't trust the round ones for that. Hard to believe they actually meet ATA-133 specs though I do believe they're good enough for ATA-33 which is all the optical drives need.
