Is the Air for you?

not for me. I need more power and graphics and screen space. I'd absolutely love the 17" MBP to weigh 3 pounds though. The Air is a beautiful thing and I'm sure there will be plenty of people who will buy it but, there's not enough function in it for me. If I could afford to buy one just to...

Do you auto-hide your dock ?

I tried to hide for a while but it was too annoying. I just keep it small and magnify the icons on rollover. Works fine for me.

Free Xerox Laser Printer?? (Business only)

I own my own business but there's no way I print 2000 pages a month. It is tempting though. @ $31 per stick per 3400 pages that's not too bad. Thanks for the post.

html vs plain text emails

i use webmail, pine and Apple Mail 2.0. I only receive mail in text format for security reasons too but, if I trust the source I will (if able) convert the message to html format to make it easier (sometimes) to read. A lot of messages I get have an html version of the message available on...

Most amazing program on Mac OS is....

Yeah Quicksilver is the best. It's useful for just about anything you need to do on a Mac (at least it has been for me). And I keep learning new things that it can do.

[POLL:] Do you run anti-virus on your Mac?

I run NAV on my G4PB. I got it from the school I worked at. It's more of a peace of mind thing. It catches some email attachments every once in a while in SPAM emails but, they're all windows viruses/worms. So I just keep the defs updated and it's no big deal.

I tried to donate blood today...

I'm a guy. 5'10" 180lbs. I used to work out, heck I was in the Marine Corps! So I'm not a small guy. I guess you could say I'm average build. So my weight/size wouldn't really come into play here. I'll try again next time and see what happens.

My company has a raffle you're entered in when you donate blood. Well guess what? This morning I have a message on my phone saying I won the raffle! I couldn't even donate and I won the raffle! I am the proud winner of two free books of stamps!! WoooWoooo!!
