I know that it sucks that you guys are getting charged for these things, and I know that this is probably out of place........but if you guys are all not using the modems, is there anyway that one of you woul dmaybe sell one to me for cheap?

This remote has tha capability to learn any IR codes that are out there....it is a learning remote. It can control your Xbox, you need to have the Xbox remote control and the reciever.....but It can learn the controls very easily.
