I'm looking to build a new HTPC and was originally going to pickup any graphics card with HDMI out but after talking to some audiophiles & videophiles they told me all video out is not equal.

I found a fix for it, it was actually a virus called "TROJAN.ACT.V.CRK.B" AVG Anti-Spyware detected it and cleaned it up for me :)
