The pad does not wear out in the slightest, mine of over 4 years looks brand spanking new. Yes armorall works great =p. I recommend the ratpad to anyone with a computer. It is an absolute dream with an optical mouse.

Mine is soft, the heat from your head will form it to it. Make sure you aren't using another pillowcase on it, use only the pillowcase it came in or the heat transfer won't work. Mine was wrapped in plastic I believe.

Well I for one an not happy in the least, I got resseler and AYW and regular accounts with them, all before this mess and now I'm screwed out of 200+ dollars if he doesn't come through. If I don't see my money shortly after the 9th I will be pressing charges with many others I'm sure.
Read the whole thread =). Novafoam is Costco around 25 bucks my reviews are on page one. I'm still using it and I love it, in fact I think I get attached to it more every day. A very interesting pillow at the start turns into your favorite thing. My next buy I'm gonna hit the novafoam...
hrm makes me want to buy one. Again I can't stress strong enough how much my Costco pillow has grown on me. The material is fantastic. I'd like some other peeps get one and tell me what they think, I think they will be pleasantly surprised.
wow that's really bizzaro you must have way hella big noggin =) my costco doesn't even remotely smash flat at all. In fact it's a tad bit stiff until the heat sets in a molds it.
