Why the Canadian military is useless...(I'm a Canadian, too)

the government should put money into making a massive bridge that goes 2 000 feet above quebec from Ontario to New Brunzwick. That way anyone wanting to travel from east to west canada or vice versa wouldn't have to drive through quebec.
