stupid MS antispyware

The only thing you have to worry about with LCD's is the pixel refresh rate (The 16ms in the original post) Since LCDs do not update the whole screen there is no difference between 60 and 85hz coming off the video card. CRTs redraw the whole screen 60 times and up. No flicker no headaches...
