I just got off the phone with three reps., they kept transferring me from one to the next. the first one in sales said that the Friends and Family has a 1 yr commitment and she can't do anything and tranferred me to the order taking people. this person told me that it's only 1 month commitment...
I called twice, on rep. told me that if I got my Equipment for free then I'll have to commit for 1 year. the other rep. told me I only have to commitment for one month... I know that with these guys you will never know for sure... what do you guys suggest???
damn it... i just ordered yesterday... now what? If I have to join for 12 months I would rather get the DishNet/ I like 9 promotion... What did you guys do? did you join for 12 months??
