Coming up on one year post 45lb weight loss. Have put five pounds lean muscle on, and am pretty comfortable @ 163. ABS starting to show, but not sure if i'm going to push to get ripped or spend my energy on other interests; but, it's nice to have kept the weight off, improve muscle condition...

I know a couple people who made a drastic change to achieve a goal and then learned how to change their lifestyle to maintain it; but I know that I couldn't go that route. I think they fought harder than I had to for the same amount of progress, and I am quite comfortable with my lifestyle...

Thanks all! Really feels good. Have actually staved off an immediate need for knee surgery as I'm not holding up as much weight. It's fun to cross paths with people who haven't seen me in a while. Perhaps one of the best benefits though is that I can now keep up with my four kids and hot...

Handstand

I can do one slow, controlled, muscle up HSPU from a cross-legged sitting position; but I'm spent after that. Have C6&7 degenerative discs which put pressure on my nerves when doing HSPU's so not sure how many wall or freestanding could otherwise do.

Looks like you had fun! At early ages it's more about a parents interests than the child's anyway. But whether the visuals are black hole's and nebulae or paddington or pooh bear there is no inherent cause for 'fear' in either as the child will have grown up familiar with the surroundings...

LOL! we chose to have and stop at four. We have fun with the adventure and are comfortable with our family size. For some, one kid is too much. For us, we're comfortable with a larger (by today's standards) family. Infant, no big deal; they won't register what they're seeing or hearing...

8800GT 512 vs. 9600GT SLi

Thirded I like my SLi 8800GT's but for today, in the price point you're wanting to hit I'd just get a single 9600 for now and either pick up a second on the next price drop. Depending on your patience threshold (or lack thereof) you could just wait and save for the new cards to hit.
