    I do it pretty much the same way as you. I never bothered scraping the old polish off, maybe I should? In fact, my shoes need polishing but I haven't had time. I think I will bust out the polishing kit tonight.

    Our coffee comes premeasured in individual packages. I use 3 sugars in each cup, and drink 3 or 4 cups throughout the day so I can get pretty wired.;) Most of my co-workers think I'm crazy for using 3 sugars, but I actually cut down from 5 per cup:Q

    What state are you in Skoorb? Here in Massachusetts they don't even sell beer in anything but a designated liquor store. It sucks, but what can you do...... Where I came from in NYC you can buy beer in any convenience store/gas station 24hrs per day 7 days per week:)

    I bought this weight loss product at GNC. My goal is to lose about 35 pounds, has anyone tried it? If so, did you have sucess with it? It's a liquid diet, the drink kind of tastes like SlimFast imo. So anyways, I was just looking for any feedback on this stuff. Thanks,
