Nevermind. I had the video hardware acceleration option enabled, and thats why it wasnt letting me use the capture frame option. Gotta love it when you answer your own question.

does anyone know how to freeze an image while a movie's playing and then make it into some kind of image file? i know there are copyright issues, so i doubt they made it very easy to do, but i was just wondering so i could make some cool wallpapers, etc. thanks.

yeah im having the same problem! when i try to install the service pack, it is saying that i have already installed an update or something along those lines and it asks me to cancel or retry. anyone know why it does this?

a few of my friends are trying to join the forums and get a name, but it keeps saying they are forbidden to post messages, etc, and it wont let them sign up. anyone else have this problem? thanks.

outlook 2k strange problem

ok . . . outlook had been freezing on me rather frequently, and i thought it was just a random thing. well, now ive figured out that it only freezes when my mouse moves over the print button. once that button is raised, outlook freezes. if i avoid that button, everything is fine. anyone...

well dont ever let anyone tell you a case doesnt matter. ive been trying for a while now to lower my cpu/case temps. i got the goloden gate 40 with the 60mm delta to go on my 1.2G. the cpu temp went from 55 to 53 . . .needless to say i wasnt happy. well i just got my new case . . .an antec...

ive got horizontal damper lines showing on my computer. i know this is not a defect and some monitors just have it. i just wanted to make sure there wasnt a way to reduce these lines or get rid of them completely. ive got a viewsonic A75f. thanks.

i bought the golden gate 40, which is great for the price, but im not sure whether or not im goint to stay with the delta (noise obviously). what would be a good alternative for this heatsink . . . im running a thunderbird 1.2G, no OC

I am a Comcast@home subscriber, and am running win2k. ive got two computers set up on the cable modem. i believe the official comcast statement is that they have an upload cap at 125kbps. when i test my speed at dslreports, it typically says my upload speed is from 80 - 100kbps. however...

shutdown woes

ive read some of the other threads which helped me discover that the reason ME is hanging up hwen i shut down is due to my ethernet card. when i disable it, everything shuts down fine. anyway, just curious if anyone knows of a way to get around this problem. i have a linksys LNEPCI2. thanks...
