    I have this problem with EAX on Unreal Tournament. When EAX is turned off, I get my usual fps, but when EAX is turn on, my FPS drops to 16!!!. I hear sound, but gameplay becomes slide shows. Anybody heard of this problem?:|

    Radeon 8500: OEM vs Retail

    The OEM is used with different bios at lower voltage rating, so you really can't overclock to the Retail speeds. You'll need the Retail Bios and Drivers plus the ATi Flash utlity to flash the OEM to retail.
