Im wondering about the same thing last night. I need to mod the MSI 6337LE5 bios to allow me to select Vcore higher than 1.7v for my Tualeron to reach 1.6G fully stable. I had done the pin wrapping trick but somehow the MSI bios is able to deter me from selecting the higher than 1.7v by refusing...

I think ELSA.com is gone for good but it still kept drivers update for the rest of the world.
This is a small proggy written by one Hardocper and it works pretty well. No installation, just add the shortcut of the proggy to the startup folder.

I think the GF4MX will edge out the GF2U if you have a really fast CPU. I got 4500marks with my T'bird 1GHz while others got 5800 on faster XP1800+. The vertex shader on GF4MX is a hybrid, so it's keep going faster if your CPU does the same.
Most TV have 60Hz refresh rate. Forcing your TV to run at higher refresh rate may damage it unless ya got some of the latest TV from Samsung that has refresh rate at 100Hz.

I also found that Nvidia install nView by default for the 27.xx series drivers. I disable them is the msconfig and my games doesnt lag anymore.
I think the BE6-II is culprit. I had had it for a year before I tossed it for CUSL2-C. The board is quite troublesome, the Highpoint controller doesnt work the way it should, not to mention the poor IDE performance for it. Secondly the Slot 1 mechanism seems to have some problem with Intel EB...

Mine score about 4661(325/485) on T'birddie 1G + 384MB ram. Im using 27.20 on WinXP. Pabster got 5559 with his P4 2G in his review for the MX440. May be he use the first edition instead of SE.
I think GF4MX440 is a bargain right now. It comes with 4ns ram, DVD capability, and some new features of the GF4Ti. Change the heatsink and add some ramsink, you will able to reach G3 Ti200 speed when its pair up with a fast cpu except for games that utilise the nFinite engine of course.

I think the problem lies within your board. Im running a Leadtek A170 DDR T now without any sort of problem and its on KT133A mobo. It pays to have a decent board. My 0.02

I saw posted on somewhere for $105, not sure of the brand though. I bought mine for $110 (A170 DDR T) after conversion. Its $70 not $20 difference.
I just got myself a Leadtek GF4MX440 and its worth an upgrade from the MSI GF2MX. It sure has better 2d than the MSI and come with 4ns Samsung(vs Nvidia spec 200MHz DDR). I can easily oc'ed it to 320/480 for some extra juice out of it. But I do think that anyone who want to have all eye-candy...
