I can vouch for the memory as mine overclocks well but the cpu & mb haven't really surfaced yet to say one way or the other. Good luck though that DFI looks nice, BTW
do I see dip switches above the PCI slot or jumpers? can't tell.

7600GT voltmod , the gain
is not shabby and appears to favor the reference type cards.
7600GT shootout article shows the Leadtek as a good oc'er.
but if you have the $$$ the X1800 XT is a great card.
Another vote for Chenbro, I have had alot of experience with the SR-105 & SR-107
series, they are sturdy, no frills and have good airflow also the 107 can handle (2)
4-bay SCSI/SATA hotswap backplanes if needed. They can be had in the $100-175
range w/o PSU.
