Is it just me or do GNC products taste like Sh*t....

I'm trying to gain some weight and I decided to head down to GNC. To my surprise, I nearly threw up after gulping down their meal replacement products....Any recommendation for meal replacement?

Ever been screwed by dell.com?

Yes, i strayed away from calling them cuz i know for sure that will take at least 30 minutes away from my life. Will like take more without results. Anyhow, i'm hoping for the best but i think i'll stick with newegg from now on.

Antec Sonata and cooling

I have the exact same setup....pentium 2.4C, zalman 7000 and sonata..case temp hovers around 33-35 with my 2.4@3.1 No problem running prime all day...It's it 85-90C outside.

What Can I delete After Installing Window XP?

I remember winme used to have a bunch of useless files (e.g. winme setup files) placed on the C: directory. I was wondering if XP have any such files because i would like to delete them. Default installation of XP take up 1.4gig. Now i know there must be some junk in there i can get rid of....

PS Fan died....Advice please

I have an antec 1030B case with 4 fans...2 in 2 out...running an athlon clocked at 1066 w/swiftech mc462....So, cpu heat is no problem...as you can imagine..this case offer superior air flow so case is pretty cool...however, my antec 400watt fan just died yesterday..i've been running this pc...

how to tell win2k to automatically setup IE6 and directX after finishing installing window?

i already know how to do automatic install of 2k with the file winnt.sif however, i want to tell 2k to automatically install IE6 and directX...How would i go about this? where should i put all the files i want to install in the cd-rom? I heard something about $oem$ and that's where win2k cd...

dell hardrive onsale...can i use it for custom made pc and not dell?

Dell has this drive "Hard Drive; 60GB IDE 7.2K RPM for Dell Dimension LXXX " on sale....this is like any other hardrive where i can just plug in and play right? If so, then why does it refer to this drive for dell dimension ?

replace stock fan of antec 400 psu with panaflo 24cfm

how did you get the impression that i was going for cooling effieciency by swaping with a 24cfm panaflo fan...i was aiming for the ultimate peace and quiet and it works...anyhow, cooling used to be 40 C full load with my 1.47 gig...now it's 50 C full load using the low output panaflo...however...

this 24 cfm spins at 1900 rpm i think..nice and quite...just quake for an hour...went back to check ps...nice and warm....really recommend this setup..although i might take it out and solder the wire to make sure...

ubersam...oh yeah..i wanted to replace the stock fan on the ps because it's rather noisy...not that's it's bad, 30dba...but i would prefer 21dba panaflo...antec fan are kind of cheap quality once you take them out and weight or feel them against the panaflo..

thanks guy..just check the ps exhaust again and it's warm...not a problem i don't think..anyhow, i replace the whole antec 1040 with 4 panflo low output and, 1 for the ps and 1 for the cpu with swiftech mc462...the damn case is not only cool looking, it is now extremely quiet...forget about...

Is this dangerous to the psu? Obiviously, there's very little air coming out from the back but it's working...kind of warm but not hot... also, i had to cut and tape the fan wires with high quality electric tape..my question is, the spec said the tape could withstand temp up to 85C...How long...
