Well, I've had nothing but terrible luck with msi boards, BUT there is one rule of thumb that will keep you out of trouble:
ALWAYS stick to their high end, flagship line, and never buy one of their "first board using this chipset to market" boards. My experiences have been:

Well, I found a website which says that i switch jumper AUDIO_EN from 1-2 to 2-3 to disable sound...but i find no mention of audio_en in the manual, and i can't find it labeled on the board itself...
It tries to take control of my audigy , and miraculously unistalls the drivers for it every 3...
