WinXP / Win98se Dualboot. How?

Can i run a winmodem with Wine or VMware?

i have a winmodem so i am unable to access the internet under linux. This is very annoying so i was thinking i could use vmware or Wine to run my winmodem. If it is possible with wine , can you tell me how i would start wine and how i would use my modem under it? i think i can figure it out if...

How do you uninstall an RPM??

I think its something like -e but im not sure how i would use this tag to uninstall an rpm. Say my RPM is called "NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-1541.src.rpm" and i have it installed on my system. how would i uninstall this RPM?? Thank you :)

Can i run an OS off a cd? Urgent!!!!

im getting a ton of old comps with no hard drives and need to know how to put an operating system on them. Can i run small linux or windows distros off of a cd rom? If so then how ? If not then can i boot off the network assuming they have network cards? How would i do this? thx

i cant seem to get partition magic 6.0 to work in XP. Partition magic is my first choice if any one knows how i can make it work under XP, but other than that are there any free tools similar to partition magic that i could download? I need to resize so fdisk wont really work. (or will it???)...

Dows VMWare support dirext X , OpenGL, Gaming?

i am thinking about ditching 98 and only using it as a virtual machine under linux but i wanna be sure my games such as Unreal, quake 3, CS, starcraft, and any other game will still run. So does it support dirext x? OpenGL? Will my games run like crap? thx

HOLY CRAP!!...I really did it this time, please HELP!!!

ok dont worry about it i just fixed it...all i did to fix it was turn off the power to the computer from the wall...when i turned it back on it booted to my BIOS where ichanged the processor speed back to 1200 mhz and then it booted back to good old M$ windows. Thanx for the help man.
