Motorola SB4100 Cable Modem for $35 after 2 rebates & AMEX BVG

I went to CC in Wilmington,DE and the salesman said that both rebates were the same. I told him that they went to different places but he still insisted they were the same. This seemed odd since they had different expiration dates too. So, I didn't get it. Any one know if I can get both...

First, where are the forum rules posted? I've found everything else: help on fusetalk, AT faq, AT forum faq. But, I couldn't find anything that actually listed the rules. I probably didn't look hard enough. A link would be appreciated. I definitely don't want to get banned...just found hot deals...

Best Buy has the regular edition on sale for this price. But, my local store(Springfield,PA) never got any so they are offering the ultimate edition or that price. You guys should check your local store.

firewire Enclosure any good?

I was looking at some enclosures for ATA drives and was wondering if they suck or not. Anyone know something about these. I figure this might be better than an external drive with firewire built in.

Processor on an ABIT BE6

I just upgrade my old abit bx6 with a 900 celeron and a coppermine slotket. From what I understand, it doesn't matter if the multiplier is supported by the motherboard or not because it is just ignored. For example, this board's highest multiplier is 8 but it works fine with this celeron. So...

Staples has an Envision 17 inch monitor for 69.99 shipped. 159.99 - 60(rebate) -30(coupon) +free shipping = 69.99 I just ordered this. But, I don't know how good it will be. It does have a 3 year warrranty. So, as long as it works i'll be happy.:)

booting w/out ps/2 mouse in win98

I'm trying to boot into windows 98 with a usb mouse without using a ps/2 one. But, I get an error that no ps/2 mouse is detected when windows starts up. The message says to change a setting to "don't detect" but I can't find it. The real problem is that the keyboard does not work when I get...

Shutdown Problem with Iwill KK266

I agree with TruculentTucan. Iwill sucks. I have the kk266r. It design is defective and Iwill will not do anything for me. They had to redesign it, kk266r. These people are not dependable. If it doesn't work, get rid of it immediately, because you'll be stuck with it like me. I can't even use it...
