Subtented?

Can someone explain to me the idea of subtented angles? I've gotten responses that they're the angle opposite to the line...but this really becomes vague with any further thought. And to have angles subtented by the chord of a circle.... Responses please. If there is a more suitable forum for...

Need somebody really good at Flash to develop a Flash website for me...

Weird, I was just going to post a message (somewhere, although I don't know where this would be appropriate) asking for a Flash/Web job so that I could tack it onto my college app (yes, it sounds bad, but yet, I need it). Anyways, here's an example of work I've done (although it's pretty old)...

Athlon 200 and 266 1.4gHz...

Comp not posting or powering up at all

Perhaps a short? You could try pulling the power to the MB out, and then putting it back in. In many occasions it fixes problems like this. Otherwise check the PSU. Hope this helped. :)

Memory Question

I recommend not using RDRAM at all and just going for an Athlon DDR board. (Perhaps even the *gasp* Tyan dual Athlon boards.) The reason? RDRAM is expensive, and supported mainly by Intel's Pentium 4, also an expensive product. ANd furthermore, the performance from the P4 is limited by the...

Memory reccommendations I need..

I don't mean to be crass, but how can one get memory that's unbuffered AND registered? Corsair to the best of my knowledge only offers unbuffered for the Iwill board.

Ah, and yes, problems. Stability: Over 1 stick (256MB) runs not-so-stably. Memory dumps under NT 4 are common, and of course, as I stated in an earlier thread, Win2K doesn't install. In fact, 2K doesn't install no matter WHAT I do. With just one stick, the problems seem to be less, however...

Memory issues?

So, in reading the thread concerning the 2 stick memory limit on motherboards... How many people actually have boards that have more than 2 sticks plugged in? I OWN four sticks, but my DVD266-R board just doesn't seem to handle more than one correctly. All four are Unregistered. How do I get it...
