They might try to insert a leader friendly to Israel but that wont solve anything since he/she wont have the support of the people. Or they could try to find all elements of Hamas and other groups (which is doomed to fail since the people wont support them in that) whereafter they let the people...

I know most americans never leave the borders of the US, and it's sad. There's so much on the world that's left unseen. With time we hopefully get get away from the roaming charges but as of today it prevents people from actually doing smalltalk on the phone, while it enable them to be reached...

Sheesh, that must be the longest reply I've ever gotten to such a short line... Unfortunetly CDMA wasn't developed very well when TDMA was choosen as MA technique for GSM, otherwise I'm sure it would have been selected instead. What was the main priority of the CEPT, or more the GSM-group within...

They can only be defeated in one way, using their own methods. A huge military campaign will only make others agressive toward the USA, creating additional terrorist organizations. We dont want that!

Wouldn't this be the height of hypocrisy?

I know there's suspicions in Japan that Bin Laden himself bought termins just days before the incident, profiting millions from it. Haven't been confirmed though, only suspicions yet.

A kind of weird thing I have been wondering about, would parachutes have worked for the people who jumped

It definetly would have been better than nothing, so if you would just have ran real fast from a high floor you'd likely get out of the way of debris falling down. I don't know about normal parachutes but the military has parachutes for as low as 50m, since they want to fly low to evade radar...
