    nobody seemed to mention the memory. are you sure you its tightly in the dimms and that it is snapped in place? youe can take it out and see if you see any burn marks on the dimm. Hope this helps.

    IMO there isn't any online retailer that is close to being as good as newegg as far as customer serivice goes. No questions asked, they allow you to return computer parts. I think they don't give refunds on certain items that are already in surplus in their inventory, thats just my guess...
