    Can you believe some people would pay their hard earn money to buy food that is not healthy for you? Then they might ended up paying even more money to the doctor and such. Try some healthy alternative, although costlier but gentler on your body, like smoke turkey slices, free ranch chicken...

    I've read the sport medicine bibleText and they recommend keeping your the bandage on to protect the wound and provides an ideal environment for the tissue to heal. Which I think makes sense since our body cells need a relative amount of moisture live.
