    looks fine..... i'd recommend spending another $20 on it and go to a 40GB 7200RPM 8MB cache maxtor drive (only $11 more than the crappy 5400rpm you got now) and also get some PC2700 Ram, for overclocking / future upgrades... it's almost as cheap as pc2100 now.

    Looks ok. If I were you, i'd definately go with the Asus P4G8X Deluxe. Then get a P4 2.4Ghz and overclock is past 3.0ghz, then spend the money saved on a Radeon 9700 Pro. Just curious, what applications are you running that requires the 3.06GHz processor?
