I too have been running great for about a year now on my setup. I have a Shuttle AK35GTR with an Audigy OEM card. I am running under Windows 2K and no problems at all like this. Making sure all the onboard stuff was disabled was the only thing special I did.
I personally would keep the Iwill board. My neighbor has had to have his Biostar M7MIA (non RAID) replaced twice. Plus the Iwill ALI chipset does offer easier overclocking than the AMD 761 on the Biostar. I know not all Biostar boards are bad, but just my two cents.
