    14" Monitor only 11,5" viewable

    Ditto on the refresh rate. You'll notice that the screen can be adjusted to different sizes depending on the refresh rate you choose. Try starting at 640x480 @ 60hz, 640x480 @70 hz, and 640x480 @ 72hz and see if you're able to fill the screen out with the monitor controls in one of those modes.

    You can put the .exe file on a bootable floppy, and then after you boot your rig with it, just run the .exe and your bios should flash. Otherwise, download the .zip file, extract to a bootable floppy, boot, and then run awdflash and enter the name of the bios .bin file.
