Without drinks or apatizers, I consider $20 per plate to be expensive. With an app and a drink this is going to come out to 35-50 a plate. Consider this dinner for two:
$14 - App
$20 (x2) - Dinner
$60 - wine
------------
$94 + (94x.20) = 112.8
So in reality it cost $56.40 a plate to go eat...
